By accessing or using 1smtg.com, you ("User," "Broker," or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1smtg.com is built exclusively for mortgage brokers to help reduce processing time, lower operational costs, and maintain secure and compliant workflows.
Our platform centralizes your mortgage operations into one system, allowing you to manage your pipeline, communication, and client data efficiently.
We take data privacy seriously:
We do not sell, share, distribute, or monetize your data
We do not operate as a lead generator or affiliate reseller
We do not redirect or compete for your clients
We are a technology provider only, focused on supporting mortgage brokers—not participating in or controlling your business operations.
The platform includes the following core components:
PPE (Pricing & Proposal Engine) – pricing, rate comparison, proposal generation, rate alerts
LOS (Loan Origination System) – loan structuring, credit pulls, condition tracking, milestones, reporting
POS (Borrower Portal) – loan applications, document uploads, e-signatures, loan tracking
CRM System – management of customers, realtors, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, employees, and recruitment
Communication Tools (Core) – internal chat, secure messaging, and system notifications
Marketing Tools – templates, campaigns, and automation
HR Tools – employee time tracking and activity monitoring
Frontline Tools – live rates, mini-sites, and lead capture
Essentials – Calendar, Training, E-signature, Notes and Task. document
Certain services may be offered as optional add-ons and may be powered by third-party providers, including:
Voice / calling systems (VoIP / PBX)
SMS and messaging services
AI answering or AI-assisted communication
SMTP / email delivery services
Webhosting

Are not part of the guaranteed core platform
Depend on third-party providers
Are not guaranteed for uptime, delivery, or performance
Proper setup and usage
Compliance with all applicable laws (TCPA, communication laws, etc.)
Any associated costs
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
1smtg.com is a technology platform only.
We do not:
Act as a lender, broker, or underwriter
Make credit or underwriting decisions
Provide legal or compliance advice
The User is solely responsible for:
Loan structuring and submissions
Compliance with mortgage laws and regulations
All communications sent through the platform
Accuracy of loan data and documents
The User agrees that:
All loan-related risk remains with the User
Any losses, penalties, repurchase demands, or regulatory actions are the User's responsibility
The Company is not liable for loan outcomes or compliance violations
The User retains ownership of their client data
The Company owns all platform systems, workflows, and infrastructure
We:
Do not sell or share your data
Use data only to operate and improve the platform
The platform is designed to centralize mortgage operations.
Users are expected to:
Manage files, communication, and documents within 1smtg.com
Follow system workflows for compliance and tracking
Misuse or bypassing the system may result in suspension.
The platform integrates with third-party providers.
The User agrees:
They are responsible for third-party accounts and costs
The Company is not liable for third-party failures or delays
Certain features may include AI-assisted or automated communication.
The User is responsible for:
Obtaining proper consent for calls, SMS, and recordings
Complying with TCPA and applicable laws
Disclosing AI usage where required
Subscription is billed monthly
Add-ons are usage-based
Payments are non-refundable once service begins
Accounts overdue by 10 days may be suspended
Month-to-month agreement
30-day notice required for cancellation
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Non-payment
Misuse
Compliance concerns
Data is retained while the account is active
After termination:
30 days for export
Then deletion (subject to legal requirements)
We follow industry-standard security practices, including SOC 2 Type II compliance.
However:
No system is 100% secure
Users are responsible for safeguarding access credentials
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Services are provided "as-is"
The Company is not liable for:
Financial loss
Business interruption
Regulatory penalties
Third-party failures
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from:
Use or misuse of the platform
Violations of law
Loan or communication activities
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
Security risks
Compliance issues
Suspicious activity
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Jurisdiction: Fort Bend County, Texas.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Class actions are waived.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
